We made chocolate pudding cookies! (these were one of the first cookies we made) My youngest said he wanted chocolate chocolate chip cookies so we searched for ideas and this recipe sounded so good, so we gave it a go & they were so yummy.

What you’ll need;
- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar packed
- 3.4 ounce package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; set aside.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.

Beat in the instant pudding mix until blended.

Stir in the eggs and vanilla.

Blend in the flour mixture until just combined.

Stir in the chocolate chips.

Drop cookies by 1.5 tablespoons onto prepared baking sheets.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set and centers are still soft.
